This page addresses the two main problems program users encounter: account or program access and video streaming or downloading.

Having trouble accessing your account or program?

Please try these things (in this order).  If this doesn’t do the trick, let me know and we’ll troubleshoot further.

First things first . . .

Are you logged in?  If so, please log out of your account in the menu bar on any page.

Before you log in again:

    1. Clear your browser cache.  If you are uncertain how to do this, simply google “clear browser cache” and follow the instructions for your browser.
    2. Restart your browser.  Simply closing the browser application and opening it again should do the trick.
    3.  Log in here:

If the problem persists once you have followed all of the above steps, please:

    1. Clear your browser cache.
    2. Restart your computer or device.
    3. Log in here:

Once you are logged in, you should see this page:  Simply scroll down and choose your program.

If this does not solve the problem, please email me (simply reply to your welcome email) with details about what is happening, including screen shots of errors or problems if possible.  Include which browser and what kind of computer/device you are using.

For video streaming or downloading problems

*If you are streaming the videos online

    • A slow internet connection or a too-weak internet connection will keep the videos from playing correctly. 
  • If your internet browser is not fully updated, it can cause streaming problems.  Please check to make sure you are running the most current version of your internet browser – you can check this for free here:

*If you are having trouble with video downloads

  • If there is not enough free space on your hard drive it prevents the videos from downloading fully.  Too little space on your hard drive will also compromise sound and/or video quality.  In this case, you will need to either free up some space on your hard drive before downloading them again OR download the videos onto an external hard drive or other device such as a USB.
