Relief for Abdominal Adhesions

You’ve already taken the first step. Now, let’s turn this moment of hope into real, lasting change.
If you’re ready for faster relief, structure (the system!), and expert guidance …
This is your next step.
Why the Adhesion Relief System Exists
Most people with abdominal adhesions are told:
- “Your scans are normal.”
- “There’s nothing you can do.”
- “You’ll just have to live with it.”
- “Come back if it gets worse.”
Meanwhile, they’re living with pain, digestive issues, unexplained symptoms, fear of the next flare, or the constant worry of another ER visit.
You deserve better than guesswork, hope, or dismissal.
You deserve a clear plan, expert support, and a way to move forward safely from home.
That’s exactly what this membership gives you.

Why Members Love It!
“Your program has been INVALUABLE to me! I can’t thank you enough for all the info you have given all of us. Because of your program, my bowel obstructions occur less frequently, and the duration just doesn’t seem as long when they do happen. This means less visits to the ER because once a small bowel obstruction starts, I’m going to the ER. Each ER visit is truly traumatic, and I experience extreme pain as well. An ER visit means I always face NG tubes, blown veins due to IVs, days on end in the hospital, etc… But now, I have tools to avoid them or at least lessen the chances of them even occurring. This may not seem like a big deal to someone who hasn’t had at least 38 ER visits in the past years, but it makes a difference to someone who used to get them quite frequently.
Other benefits I am noticing are that I have less heartburn and chest pressure at night and can sleep through the night even if I do eat a large meal. I had years of not being able to sleep through the night because I always had pressure on my stomach near my sternum and along the length of my huge scars. With your program, I have been able to loosen some of those stubborn adhesions, and food can digest easier. I can sometimes even hear bowel sounds when I am sleeping! This NEVER happened before because gastric emptying was always so SLOW. For years I would awaken only to be bloated and very uncomfortable.
I am always discovering new things about my adhesions, and I owe that to you. I may not get immediate improvements, but when I do, they are remarkably noticeable! Thank you, Isabel, for putting together all these techniques for us and giving us this much needed information. I am forever grateful to you Isabel!” – Laura
Thank you for being there for people like me who are searching for answers. You actually have answers! Not easy answers, but definitely good, solid answers about how, with time and patience, I might no longer have to worry about blockages and NG tubes and adhesions. And that would be such a blessing.

So far this program has given me some pain relief but mostly hope. I’m an OT and when the doctor told me I’d always have this pain, to change my lifestyle and walked out the door and was lost. But as an OT I knew that working on fascia would help so I was I googled it and found you pretty right away. I already bought the recovery program because I know this is my answer. Thank you!!

“So, now your videos helped me to understand the process of adhesions and to become more gentle and kind with my belly which obviously is part of me and to try to work with “her” and not against “her,” as things are what they are because there is a reason for it. . .” -PS
“After six years of abdominal discomfort following surgery requiring an abdominal incision and after two bowel obstructions all apparently related to post-surgical adhesions, I saw Isabel for treatment of abdominal adhesions. After her first treatment I felt very different with everything feeling like it was moving without catches for the first time in years. After the initial treatment I had some ups and downs and Isabel taught me some self-massage techniques which have been very effective. After six months of treatments and self massage I have been on a smooth course with few flare-ups which are handled with self massage and an occasional tune up from Isabel. Isabel has been a delight to work with and I highly recommend her care and work.” -AB
The Cost of Staying Stuck vs. The Cost of Moving Forward
Most people spend $150 – $300 for ONE clinical visit, and still leave with no plan.
Many spend years bouncing between specialists, tests, scans, and ER visits:
- One ER visit = $1,500 – $5,000
- One bowel obstruction hospitalization = $10,000 – $30,000
- A year living with pain or fear = immeasurable
For less than the cost of ONE in-person appointment, you’ll get
✔ 6 months of structured, systematic guidance
✔ A complete healing roadmap
✔ Advanced routines
✔ Direct support from a clinician
✔ Step-by-step confidence
✔ Progress you can actually feel
This is the most affordable, high-impact access to a clinician that most people will ever experience.
Please Note . . .

Abdominal pain doesn’t always come from where you think.
The belly/body is a whole, connected system.
These programs teach hands-on techniques to find and work with each area that may be affecting you.
Additional Videos
There are many additional instruction videos in the program. I include them for when you’ve made it all the way through the main videos, when you need a little extra boost, or when you want just a little different approach to the work.

“You have been a lifeline for me. I have been using your self-care videos and am SOOOOO much better.” -MH
Choose Your Path Forward
Most people choose the ‘All-In’ option because it locks in a full year of care for less than two in-person sessions.
From Isabel
I really did design this to be a system, so you don’t have to guess! I’ve tried to make this as easy as possible for you.
For years, I’ve heard from people who’ve been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told “there’s nothing you can do.”
That changes here.
The Adhesion Relief Membership gives you the tools, structure, and support you need to finally feel better — and stay better.
You’ve already taken the hardest step by starting.
Now it’s time to build on that momentum.
You don’t have to hope things will get better on their own.
There is a path forward, and it’s clearer, safer, and more effective with guidance.
