I am here to help you recover from abdominal adhesions, pain, and distress.
I became a licensed massage therapist in 2007 in Portland, OR, USA. In 2022, I completed my BSN and am also a Registered Nurse (RN).
In the beginning, I had no idea people were suffering so profoundly from abdominal adhesions and the related complications (obstructions, bowel and urinary disruption, debilitating pain, etc.).
When I saw my first abdominal adhesion client in 2009, Nancy (not her real name), I was not surprised when she recovered so quickly. I mean, this is what manual therapy is for: to relieve soft tissue problems, whether they’re caused by surgery or other stresses and traumas.
Nancy, who had already been through a failed adhesion surgery and assumed only another surgery could help her, was very surprised by her recovery, and excited. She insisted that I google for myself and see the level of suffering happening and the number of people who need this help.
And so this site was born.
Since 2009, I have had the privilege of working in-person and remotely with so many people who were desperate to regain normalcy in their life . . . and who have!
The information and online programs I offer here are made to help you stay away from those horrible Emergency Room trips for the pain, to help you recover from too many sleepless nights of fear, from too many days unable to work or spend quality time with your family.
I’ve dedicated this whole site to offering you the tools you need to make significant changes in your abdomen for the better. Whether through the Getting Started, the Recover, the Your Health Why, or the Practitioner Training program, what I offer through the programs you will find here is practical, straight-forward, and above all the most useful information I have learned and taught over the course of my career.
I hope you find the information and help you are looking for here!
All my best,
