New Abdominal Series!

reception area

I’ve (mostly) settled into running my new clinic and I’m so excited to be offering my first set of workshops in the new space!

It’s a 3-class series and you can choose one, or two, or all three. I’ve geared it to be useful to both clinicians and those who are living with abdominal adhesions and trying to figure out how to keep moving forward in their recovery.

There will definitely be technical terms but I am teaching the class in a way that will be accessible to everyone, even those who are just starting to learn about their bellies and adhesions.

2026 Abdominal Adhesions Series

A 3-Part Hands-On & Clinical Workshop

(Not a practitioner but you or a loved one have adhesions? You are welcome to sign up for the classes. See below.)

Abdominal adhesions influence far more than digestion. They affect breathing, posture, gait, pain patterns, and recovery after surgery or injury. This three-part series is designed to deepen your clinical understanding and sharpen your palpation skills so you can work with abdominal tissues safely, confidently, and effectively.

The workshops blend anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology with guided, applied palpation, giving you tools you can use immediately.
