It’s so easy to feel trapped . . . in our bodies, in our minds, in our lives, in our perceived and real limitations.
And it is so delicious and healing and necessary to find those wide expanses of healing space “beyond” us but actually inside us, snuggled up so close that sometimes it’s hard to see them.
After a physically and emotionally gruelling rafting trip with the most glowingly good-natured group of people ever, I am convinced that we find these healing spaces not just through meditation, but also through the grace and love and wildness of other people. . .
There are so many different ways and places to grow . . .
