Yogalicious

Lame title, I know.  But what’s a girl to do?

Anyway, the teaching progresses so wonderfully.  My regulars keep showing up week after week and we’re moving into some fun territory.

We are starting to work on deeper breathing techniques, moving beyond the four basics into the anuloma vilomas.  Starting to make the natural progression into fewer and fewer sun salutes and more balancing poses, deeper back bends, deeper openings in more types of poses.

Seeing students progress like this, seeing their determination and dedication, and seeing them enjoying themselves during the whole process is such a gift.  It really makes me so excited to do this work for the rest of my life in whatever way I can.  It also completely inspires me in my own practice!
